Why to pre-order?
As we don't believe in fast fashion and mass production, all our clothes are made with care in limited quantities. To pre-order, you reserve your place at the front of the queue and be the first to own your favorite pieces of our latest collection.
We offer a 20% discount to on pre-orders, within a limited time period.

The following terms and conditions apply to the pre-orders placed by the customer with JUDY WU, at the JUDY WU store ( 9 Porchester Place, London W2 2BS) and online store (judywu.co.uk and judy-wu.myshopify.com). By using judywu.co.uk and judy-wu.myshopify.com or pre-ordering in store, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein.
Therefore, please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before placing the pre-orders in store or on judywu.co.uk and judy-wu.myshopify.com.
Price & Discount
The discounted prices are only applicable during the promotional period. The prices of the pre-order items will go back to the full prices after the promotional period.
Refund
If you wish to cancel your purchases within a period of 7 days of placing the order, you will receive 100% of your original payment.
However, you are not able to cancel your order after 7 days from the date of your order, and your payment will NOT be refundable.
As our pre-order goods are specifically arranged for you, and we are confident you will be impressed by the quality and style of our products, however if you change your mind within a period of 7 days of receiving your order, you will be given a store credit note of 70% of the original purchase amount.
Delivery time
As soon as your pre-order item(s) is ready, we will notify you for collection in store for orders placed in store or shippment for orders placed online. You will expect to receive your pre-order within 8 ~ 12 weeks.
